We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
To ensure product integrity and fairness, the following items and circumstances are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
1. Customer Misuse, Improper Use, or Tampering
Any malfunction, defect, or operational issue resulting from customer misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized intervention shall not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from:
- Customer misuse, abuse, negligence, or operation contrary to the product’s intended purpose, specifications, instructions, or warnings
- Improper handling, installation, setup, storage, maintenance, or transportation by the customer
- Use under unsupported, incompatible, or non-recommended system configurations, devices, operating systems, firmware, or environments
- Use of third-party accessories, cables, power supplies, adapters, chargers, or peripherals not supplied or expressly approved by the manufacturer
- Physical damage, electrical damage, cosmetic damage, or functional failure occurring after delivery, including but not limited to drops, impacts, pressure damage, liquid exposure, corrosion, voltage irregularities, power surges, or environmental factors
- Any form of tampering, disassembly, modification, alteration, reverse engineering, or repair attempt not expressly authorized by the manufacturer
- Any DIY modifications, signal conversions, connection or functional changes, or performance adjustments made by the customer that modify or deviate from the original product design or specifications
Any issue determined to fall within the above categories, or any similar or related circumstances, shall be deemed ineligible for return, refund, or exchange.
2. Compatibility & Tested-Device Limitation
If the product functions normally on the manufacturer’s tested and verified devices or configurations, but does not function on the customer’s device, system, or setup, such cases shall be considered compatibility limitations, not product defects.
Customers acknowledge that device, system, firmware, software, or hardware incompatibilities may exist, and such cases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Change of Mind / Specification Oversight
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for cases arising from:
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect assumptions or expectations
Failure to review or understand product specifications, compatibility notes, limitations, or usage requirements prior to purchase
4. Non-Returnable Product Categories
Certain items are inherently non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom-made, special-order, or personalized products
Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., beauty or cosmetic items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

5. Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and non-returnable
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable
6. Final Determination
All return eligibility is subject to inspection and diagnostic evaluation.
The company reserves the final right of determination regarding the condition, cause of issue, and eligibility for return, refund, or exchange.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
